Return/Refund Policy


  • We accept order cancellation before shipment, and you will get a full refund.
  • We cannot cancel the order once the product is already shipped out.

At RICILAR, Your satisfaction means the world to us. We are your honest customer-centric company; therefore, we want you to try our product for 60 days without any intimidation of return shipping cost or restocking fees*, etc.

At any time before the end of 60 days from your purchase, you can return your product and packaging for any reason (See how to initiate a Return below). You can get your money back-no questions asked, but you need to pay for the return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a refund, you have to reach out to to request return/refund the product within 60 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unused OR in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT ship your item without contacting our customer service first. We will provide a address for return. Otherwise, your item will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment you've used during the purchase.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Usually within 24-72 hours in most cases.

IMPORTANT: If you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
